Executive & Professional Education – Thinking ahead in Management

We offer three Executive MBA programs. The Executive MBA specializes in fostering impactful leaders through a specialized development program designed to strengthen leadership and change management skills. The Executive MBA in Business & IT aims to develop digital and technical experts in the field of digital transformation at the interface of management and IT. The Executive MBA in Innovation and Business Creation focuses in empowering visionaries and innovators to think outside the box and develop solution-oriented skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Our technologies such as VR or our leadership coaching app enrich the learning experience in an innovative and individualized manner. Our Executive programs offer a part-time format with a modular structure which enables working professionals and participants residing abroad to complete their studies without reducing their working hours. Acknowledging the need for internationalization and networking, we offer attractive overseas opportunities at top international universities.
